Tuning In for Kundalini Yoga Practice

To begin any Kundalini practice we “Tune in” with 3 recitations of the Adi Mantra and the Mangala Charan.

The mantra is as follows:
Adi Mantra: Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo (I bow to the creative wisdom I bow to the divine teacher within)

Mangala Charan:

Ad Guray Nameh (I bow to the primal wisdom)

Jugaad Guray Nameh (I bow to the wisdom through the ages)

Sat Guray Nameh (I bow to the true wisdom)

Siri Guru Dayvay Namah (I bow to the great, unseen wisdom)
