Sound baths usually consist of a combination of quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes. The bowls are both heard and felt.

Singing bowls use the same vibration as energy centers (chakra) at a stronger and louder vibrational frequency to clear locks and ‘tune’ the body. Gongs clear the energy.

2nd Sacral – Note D – creativity and passion

3rd Solar Plexus – Note E – power center and drive

4th Heart – Note F – love and compassion

5th Throat – Note G –  expression and speech 

6th Third Eye – Note A – intuition and inner wisdom

7th Crown – Note B – spiritual connection
