Description
Sound baths usually consist of a combination of quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes. The bowls are both heard and felt.
Singing bowls use the same vibration as energy centers (chakra) at a stronger and louder vibrational frequency to clear locks and ‘tune’ the body. Gongs clear the energy.

- 2nd Sacral – Note D – creativity and passion
- 3rd Solar Plexus – Note E – power center and drive
- 4th Heart – Note F – love and compassion
- 5th Throat – Note G – expression and speech

- 7th Crown – Note B – spiritual connection
