Description
The sound bath will consist of a combination of quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and chimes. The bowls are both heard and felt.
Singing bowls use the same vibration as energy centers (chakra) at a stronger and louder vibrational fre-quency to clear locks and ‘tune’ the body. Gongs clear the energy.
During the sound bath you will lay on the floor for about 40 minutes.
