Sound baths usually consist of a combination of quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes. The bowls are both heard and felt.
Singing bowls use the same vibration as energy centers (chakra) at a stronger and louder vibrational frequency to clear locks and ‘tune’ the body. Gongs clear the energy.
